K. Tucker Perkins Senior Vice President, Construction Lending

K. Tucker Perkins oversees construction loan and A&D business development (homebuilder finance), portfolio management, and market expansion in Atlanta area. He joined Primary Capital in 1995 and has steadily increased loan production volume to more than $133 million in annual production of construction and A&D loans, and growing the Construction Lending Servicing Portfolio to approximately $80 million in outstandings. Formerly, Mr. Perkins was Vice President and Senior Construction Lender for SouthTrust Bank and also worked as a Construction Loan Officer for First American and Wachovia. He began his career at Reliance/United Pacific Surety Managers in 1981. Mr. Perkins is a board member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Metro YMCA (Camp High Harbour). He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Economics.

Jack F. Rood Construction Lending Officer
Jack F. Rood calls on and takes care of Primary Capital's builders as well as inspects their houses and neighborhoods. He also tracks the current housing activity in the Atlanta Market including lot and home inventories, trends and zoning issues. Joining Primary Capital in 2003, he brings more than 8 years experience in the Atlanta residential lending market. Formerly with another mortgage company, Mr. Rood was also a loan officer with SunTrust bank. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate and is a former board member of The Bridge, a non-profit association who helps troubled teens.
